Our Equipment
We utilize the latest technology drones combined with advanced post processing software that is capable of creating detailed orthomosaics, drone construction mapping, aerial imaging, 3D digital twins of structures, mapping construction sites throughout the construction process and completing inspections of dangerous or otherwise labor intensive locations.
Our fleet includes DJI P4 RTK, DJI P4 Pro 2 and Skydio S2+ utilizing Drone Deploy, Skydio 3D Scan and Bentley Virtuosity Virtual Reality Modeling Suite software.

We are a team of FAA 14 CFR Part 107 licensed pilots with the knowledge, equipment and experience to provide responsive, accurate deliverables to commercial clients in the Maryland, Southern Pennsylvania and Virginia area.

- Stage completion documentation - Aerial imagery provides the ability to document phase completion for billing purposes based on observable and quantifiable images. Volume calculations, distance measurements and height verification can be performed quickly and accurately.
- Full team access to images - No specialized software is required to view images and scans. Subcontractors can be provided access to images and scans with simple secure links. This improves communication and facilitates site progress in ever changing environments.
- Completion and marketing - 3D digitial twins and animated renderings help document project completion and can be provided to the marketing team for improved exposure.
- On-going assessment - Periodically flying commercial properties to document current conditions can help identify physical building concerns such as problems with roofing, sidewalk separation, drainage, overgrowth of trees or even the need to modify sidewalk areas to better match pedestrian walking patterns.
